2023 La Spinetta Rose di Casanova Il Rosato

Made from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Prugnolo Gentile, this lovely pale pink rose has a spicy character with aromas of sliced ripe peaches, chalk and dried flowers. On the palate, it has flavors of tart cherry and pomegranate, and is bone dry with a seriously mineral edge and mouthwatering acidity that shames many Provencal pinks. A complex and serious wine, this is one rose you can age and pair with poultry, fish and any type of appetizers.
