NV Ramnoux Organic Pineau des Charentes

Pineau des Charentes is a French fortified wine from the Cognac region, made by blending fresh grape juice (must) with Cognac eau-de-vie and aging it in oak barrels. It's a sweet, fruity aperitif with notes of honey, vanilla, and dried fruit, served chilled as a pre-dinner drink, with dessert, or in cocktails, and comes in white, red, and rosé varieties.
