DESCRIPTION: This sweet wine is suited to aging and should be served at 10-12° C. A wide range of aromas include hints of candied fruit and Almond paste.

WINE-MAKING TECHNIQUE Grape are raisined on special trellises then softly pressed. The must is fermented during the winter then aged in small barrels for a minimum of 4 years.
