2015 Concha Y Toro Cabernet Sauvignon Terrunyo Las Terrazas Block Pirque

This is a region of the Maipo and these wines are all terroir driven from single vineyard sites and even single vineyard blocks. A very smoky toasty oak nuance to the nose with black cherry and currant berry fruit dark coco and coffee, tobacco, a very distinct earthy nuance to the dark currant berry fruit, some dried meaty notes, nice complexity here on the nose. A good hand of dirt here on the palate as well with layers of dark spices and a good amount of dark berry fruit, mocha and espresso notes through the finsih. Finish 45+ Excellent +
