2014 Felipe Rutini Icon Red Mendoza

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon from Agrelo, Merlot de Tupungato, Malbec de La Consulta. This wine is aged for 24 months in 100% new Frenc h Oak and is made by Marinano Di Paolo. This stunning red blend combines the characteristics of each of the three grape varieties. Vibrant aromas of mature and intense fruits are found in complex layers of cherries, strawberries and plums, with notes of cocoa, tobacco, and dark chocolate from the contact in the French Oak. This medium to full-bodied red wine is beautifully balanced, with great depth, concentrated red fruit flavors and elegant, silky tannins. KILLER
