2018 Wessman No 1 Saint-Cernin Limoux Blanc Languedoc-Roussillon

This is a castle which dates from the 12th century and this wine is 100% Chardonnay and this wine has a good amount of ripe tree fruits, peach and fresh apple fruit with a nice hand of minerality here on the nose pretty spice notes some new French oak notes, cinnamon spice and a firm hand of acidity here on the tongue.  Vinified in new oak and this wine has plenty of fruit to match, lovely balance and depth of fruit, lightly toasted oak spice and a firm hand of acidity.  Finish 45+                  Excellent +
