2016 Secret Indulgence Evoluna Chardonnay Sonoma County

A collaboration with jean Charles Boisset and several of his winemakers making a unique set of wines that are all small production having their own unique personality, Brian Maloney made this Evoluna Chardonnay. A nice touch of lightly toasted oak spice with a good amount of ripe tree fruit candied lemon and hints of creme brulee on the nose. Smooth and creamy on the tongue with a good amount of ripe fruit, a nice touch of lightly toasted oak spice and a nice freshness to the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent
