2016 Flanagan Chardonnay Russian River Valley

Mostly Wente Clone with full malo, this wine is from all estate juice, Philipe Melka was their cabernet consultant, they have 3 different chardonnays, this vintage only 500 cases produced. They bought Platt Vineyard, this wine has a good amount of toasty oak spice, ripe tropical fruit, good complexity on the nose. A good amount of toasty oak spice on the tongue with ample fruit here to match and a nice hand of acidity keeping things fresh through the long finish. Finish 45+ Excellent +
