An elegant, fresh, pure and airy nose offers up a well-layered array of relatively high-toned red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and soft spice nuances. The sleek, delineated and vibrant medium weight flavors possess a sophisticated mouth feel that continues onto the dusty, intense and well-balanced and sneaky long finish. This needs a few years to develop the complexity, for which the Allen Vineyard is deservedly well-known but everything appears to be in place for a long life. *Outstanding*    Review Date: 07/2017
