Composition: 100% 2012 Sonoma County Chardonnay, 40% Russian River Valley, 35% Los Carneros-Sonoma, 20% Sonoma Coast, 5% Sonoma Valley

Fermentation/ML/Aging/Bottling: Fermented in 90% French oak (16% new) for approximately 10 months. Wine went through 100% Malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: Our Chardonnay has tropical aromatics with notes of citrus, crème brulee and integrated oak. It has a round, lush mouth feel with balanced acidity and a long finish of orange peel, tangerine and toasted almond.
