The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée 3210 assembles steel-fermented Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Montgueux (Aube). Lot L250716 is based on vintage 2012 (70%) and reserve wines from 2011 to 2001 (30%). Bottled in 2013 with no dosage, this cuvée opens very clear and pure on the nose, lean rather than complex. It is a very elegant, pure, straight, mineral and well-structured cuvée with a long and salty-mineral finish. This is excellent fizz that could gain even more complexity with bottle age!
