A blend of the three traditional cava grapes aged for 14 months on the lees, a very fresh bouquet of green apple and lemon citrus fruit, hints of white flowers and ginger spice, almost like fruit loop cerial. A very fresh and bright style of sparkling with a nice tongue tingly acidity and a light soda like note to the finish. Finish 35+ Very Good
