This is a 5th generation family owned property and they have 150 acres of vines, they use oak for the aging, they buy 15% of the fruit from a cousin, producing 35,000 cases a year. Vineyards in 14 different terroirs, 3yrs 8 grams per liter, a honeyed character. A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier. From 8 Terroirs Brut Origine is a fruity and middle-full body Champagne with a low dosage of 8grs of sugar per liter.
