NV Champagne Lamiable Champagne Brut Grand Cru

This is a small grower producer and they sell fruit but do not buy they only make wine from their own grapes. This cuvee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, base of this bottling is 2011 vintage from the Valley de la Marne located next door to Laurent Perrier. Fresh apple and pear with notes of candied ginger and pretty floral notes. A very fresh and creamy wine on the tongue with a good amount of fresh green apple fruit, tongue tingly sea shell like minerlaity on the finish. finish 40+ Excellent
