A pretty bouquet of raspberry and strawberry fruit on the nose, this wine spends 4 years on the lees and they use the saignee method of production 70% and the blending method 30% blending process so a very unique technique used here a combination of both. This cuvee was disgorged in October 2014 so this is mostly 2009 vintage as the base. Pretty red berry fruit on the nose, rapsberry and strawberry with rose petal floral notes and a light briny mineral character to the aromas. This wine has a nice freshness and that chalky sea shell like mineral character through the finish, pretty rasberry and red cherry fruit, nice structure here and a bit of tannins on the finish. Finish 45+ Excellent +
