The grapes used are 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay sourced from specially selected vineyards in the department of the Marne.

The Billecart Brut Reserve is round harmonious and balanced Champagne. The blend for this Cuvee has remained unchanged since 1945, the blend is created from three different vintages, Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from the best sites of the Marne.
