They are the only champagne house to make all of their wines like this. No Malo so higher acidity, they age for 4-5 years before disgorgement and this wine has a bit of that biscuity like character, nutty almond notes. This wine has a bit of a herbal note to the tree fruit and lemon citrus, a smooth and creamy mousse on the tongue with a good bit of that sea shell like minerality and a tongue tingly finish, zesty lemon notes.
