2017 Roederer Estate L'ermitage Anderson Valley Sparkling Wine

This wine is the marquee Tete De Cuvee bottling from Louis Roederer's domestic, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged for 5 years, this wine has a rich toasty biscuit like nutty aromas to the ripe tree fruit peach and candied lemon citrus. Wow, a very rich and layered wine on the tongue with silky smooth creamy bubbles, a good amount of that nutty and toasty biscuit like character through the finish, very rich and layered with more fruit than minerality but still has some minerality adding some pop to the finish.
