2021 Williams Selyem Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Classic to the Rutherford region of the Napa Valley, the Georges III wine exudes freshness with subtle notes of dusty and earthy character. Fruit aromas of boysenberry and plum combine with hints of dried flowers, cedar, and sandalwood. The wine is further complexed with undertones of cocoa nibs and lightly roasted coffee beans. Equally as layered in the mouth, flavors of black fruits combine with earthy tones and wood spices. The tannins are mouth coating and extremely refined and leave the palate with Rutherford’s signature dusty finish.
