Our original inspiration for UNITY, the Cabernet Sauvignon blend pays tribute to our early days by bringing the best of Napa Valley and Sonoma County together in one harmonious wine.

75% Napa County / 25% Sonoma County

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 6% Petite Verdot

4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, 3% Syrah

Harvested between September 7 - October 18

Double sorted Fermented in open top and static stainless steel tanks  Malolactic fermentation completed in barrel 100% French Oak barrels (25% new) for 22 months

2021 UNITY Cabernet boasts high-tone aromas of red cherry, plum and rhubarb. Seductive and plush on the mid-palate, flavors of cassis and plum give way to cocoa, espresso bean with accents of caramel and vanilla.
