2021 Chimney Rock Elevage Red Stags Leap District

Chimney Rock’s proprietarily-named red wine blend is Elevage. Crafted from grapes grown across our 37 distinctive vineyard blocks, this wine takes advantage of four different red varieties that capture the essence of our estate. While the first vintage was released in 1990, we remain deeply committed to, and passionately fond of, this blend comprised of Bordeaux varietals.

Elevage, an evocative mélange of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, serves as an artistic portrait of the vintage at the Chimney Rock estate.
