2019 S by Signorello Cabernet Sauvignon Napa

A blend of Rutherford, Howell Mountain and Oakville, this is the first vintage of this wine which they no longer make the Napa Cabernet here, 7% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot only 1500 Cases produced with a classic Napa Valley bouquet cassis, dark cherry and plum with cigar box spice and a bit of fresh plowed earth 15 months in French oak.  A big and chewy wine with lots of everything and a long layered finish, very balanced and rich with a solid core of fruit, and a lovely balance of fresh acidity.  Finish 45+  Excellent +
