Aromas of spice, tar and cedar on the nose, following through to a full-bodied palate with lots of chewy tannins, yet it follows through fresh and lively. Stones at the end with purple fruit. 63% cabernet sauvignon, 16% syrah, 10% petite syrah, 8% petit verdot and 3% cabernet franc. Mostly field-blended. Drink or hold.
