The Hughes Cabernet Sauvignon is a newer single vineyard wine in our portfolio that always has five percent of other varietals blended in to bring a greater balance. his wine is made to be more fruit forward and elegant in style. The Hughes has shown to be bright to tart cherries in fruit profile and a bit of aniseand fennel to round out the aromatics.  Bay leaves also come to mind as well as French herbs.
