2016 HALL Wines 'Eighteen Seventy-Three' Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

A barrel sample, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon 1873 is deep purple-black in color. Baked redcurrants, kirsch, cassis and black raspberries leap from the glass followed by notions of dark chocolate, star anise and dried Provence herbs.
