2016 is a truly exceptional year for the Moulds Family Vineyard Cabernet. Jaw dropping levels of extract with a super concentrated, mouth-coating core of texture, power and fruit. Exceptionally dark, plush and undeniably sexy ñ the 2016 reveals tiers of dark cherry, cassis, liquid stone, graphite, espresso and violets all layered over an incredible foundation of refined, powerful and silky tannin. Super youthful and sumptuous, this can be enjoyed now with a few hours in the decanter and will hit its stride in 2021 but will continue to improve in the cellar through 2030.
