Containing splashes of Merlot and Petit Verdot and aged for 27 months in 100% new 225-liter Taransaud French oak barrels, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep garnet-black in color and opens with slightly closed notes of warm cassis, mincemeat pie, Black Forest cake and mulberries with touches of sandalwood, dark chocolate and fragrant earth. Full, rich and spicy in the mouth, it has a firm backbone of chewy tannins and a lively line lifting the long, decadent finish. 600 cases produced. (LPB) 94+ Review Date: 10/2018
