One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is opaque garnet-purple in color and opens with savory notes of charcuterie, sautéed herbs, tapenade and truffles over a core of crème de cassis, lilacs, dark chocolate and tobacco.
