Made from 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Petit Verdot, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has a slowly evolving nose of smoked meats, sandalwood and unsmoked cigars over a core of cassis, blackberry pie and dried mulberries. Medium-bodied and finely styled in the mouth with bags of finesse, it has a savory, understated palate and quiet intensity on the finish. (LPB)   Review Date: 12/2017
