One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon, the medium to deep garnet-purple colored 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon is going a little muted at this stage, though it nonetheless impresses with cassis, redcurrant jelly, cinnamon stick, rose hip tea and dusty soil with cigar box and dried herbs.
