2012 Flanagan Cabernet Sauvignon Bennett Valley

Just north of Bennett Valley Matanzas Creek, last vintage of this designation, now Sonoma 95% CAB, 5% Merlot and this wine goes through a long fermentation and there are only 610 cases of this vintage produced. A big wine at 15.3% this wine has a bit of VA on the nose with dark currant and cherry liqueur like fruit, some dark earth and espresso like notes. A bit of a dry tannin but lots of fruit here as well, this wine needs a bit of time. Finish 45+ Excellent
