2010 St. Helena Winery Sympa Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa

The 2010 Sympa Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon's dense purple color precedes aromas of black cherry, pomegranate and cassis. A lush and structured mid palate, with flavors of black plum, currant and notes of toffee and subtle bay leaf. the texture is velvety and weighty with chewy tannins on the lengthy finish.  We barrel aged for 22 months in new French Oak barrels.
