Winemaker Notes: This 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, produced from an estate-owned Stag’s Leap vineyard, was embellished with a touch of Petit Verdot and Syrah and aged 20 months in a combination of Taranssaud and Daranjou cooperage. The end result is a seductive wine with a perfumed bouquet of exotic berries, wildflowers and spices.
