A blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 13% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec and this is one of the first of these bortdeaux like blends created in 1985 Chirs Howell has been there since 1989. A bit fo a black olive like character to the dark currant with fresh plowed earth and a nice touch of tobacco spice, minty hints and fine herbs. Organicaly farmed. A very smooth and silky wine on the tongue with dark currant and plum fruit that distinct earthy and herbal quality that lingers through the finish. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
