2007 Chateau Vignot Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, France

Pretty cigar box spice and a distinct earthy nuance, clay like minerality with red currant and cherry berry fruit, showing a bit of evolution but still quite intact on the second day.  Quite smooth on the tongue but has nice structure and depth of flavors with that distinct earthy nuance lasthing through the finish
