This is 100% Pedro Ximenez and is from wines that average 22 years of age. Very sweet nose, fig jam with mocha and molassis like notes, very concentrated. Thick and srupy on the tongue with an array of molassis spice, thick fig jam and wonderful acidity freshening things up, I would like to put this on baklava or ice cream! Strong licorice note4 to the finish that lingers on and on Delicious!! Finish 50+ Most Excellent
