2022 Allegrini Valpolicella DOC, Italy

Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 30% Ruby red in colour with purplish hues, it expresses a fragrant fruity note dominated by cherry, echoed by fresher nuances of aromatic herbs. The grapes undergo soft pressing, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing is carried out in steel until mid-February, then for 2 months in the bottle.
