They have 5 hectares of red vines, 450 meters altitude, glaceral calcaric soils, grapes are dried for a month and 1.5 years in tonneaux organic certified production. Dark berry fruit on the nose with notes of tequila like pepper spice and some pretty floral notes. Nice richness on the tongue but has a light refreshing finish, lots of spice and some of that clay like minerality here, floral notes also, nice complexity through the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent +
