Their basic entry level from higher yielding vineyards, they have 65 acres and they purchase from another 25, a combination of 3/4 tank and 1/4 barrel fermented wines but that changes every year but the style is always the same that flinty more mineral driven bouquet a hot day is 86 degrees farenheight, they do 100% Mal with all their chardonnay and the lees eat up the Diacetyl so you don't get that buttery quality, thus that is the reason champagne is not buttery. A very bright bouquet of green apple and lemon citrus fruit with a good amount of that flinty mineral nuance, a leaner more focused style but has a good amount of citrus fruit and a zesty finish, some of that flinty mineral nuance through the finish.
