2015 Domaine William Fevre Chablis Montmains 1er Cru

Fresh buttered toast, lime, chalky mineral notes very bright and fresh bouquet classic chablis very precise. Lovely richness and mouth puckering acidity this wine just screams for food and the goat cheese was very nice with this wine along with the Epoisses and the St. Andre. Racy through the finish this wine is very long and has endless minerality leaves the tongue salivating for food. Finish 40 Excellent
