2022 Bouchard Pere et Fils Meursault Les Clous

A climate of Meursault this marl terroir is very similar to Corton Charlemagne only the topography and altitude are different, but this is a cut above most village Merusault so it deserves to be vinified separately. Hints of buttered toast and a flinty mineral quality to the fat red apple fruit on the nose. A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with rich fruit and a long layered finish, very classic Meursault, still a baby but drinking surprisingly good right now very balanced. Finish 45 Excellent
