A good amount of exotic spice, truffle and earth, fine herbs this wine is from the tip of the hill that is very windy, thus the name and the skins of the grapes become thicker due to the defense the vine makes from the wind so the wine is more aromatic and this wine has lovely aromatics, 4 years in large slovonian oak. Wow a very big and nuanced wine on the tongue with lots of tannins wonderful structure here a firm hand of acidity and a long layered finish lots of earth and spice from the nose through the finish.
