Join Oliver and company for their newest season of cooking classes. Chef Oliver’s innovative and inspirational style of cooking and teaching enables participants to leave with greatly enhanced cooking skills and a better understanding of modern culinary principles. Plus, you’ll learn the "how to’s" of simplifying home entertaining. For those who have not attended a class, we set the room for 5:00 PM every 2nd or 3rd Thursday of the month and hold an open forum culinary demonstration. Each class is then followed by a sit-down dinner and wine tasting, sampling the foods we’ve just prepared (it’s really more like "Eater-Tainment"). The cost for this dinner is $65 + tax + gratuity for reservations call 954-782-0606.

Ahhhh, the Mediterranean, and here we come, again! Oliver and his friends embark to the Mediterranean in search of healthful exciting recipes just perfect for the Florida heat. Healthy doesn’t mean boring or bland, Oliver will prove the benefits of the Mediterranean diet taste great as he works with grains, vegetables and starches paired with luscious proteins packed with flavor, color and nutrition.

Polenta dusted sea scallop over warm roasted cauliflower
chick pea and tomato salad, frisse, mixed olives and lemon vinaigrette
Grilled Atlantic swordfish, basil, apple and grape Ajo Blanco, warm goat cheese stuffed grape leaves, toasted crusty bread, extra virgin and balsamic
Grilled chicken breast with eggplant and Halloumi cheese
chunky fresh tomato and rosemary sauce and golden lentils
Lamb rib eye vegetable spedini with pancetta, toasted spelt
white beans and escarole
