Burgundy makes you think of silly things, Bordeaux makes you talk of them and Champagne makes you do them. -- Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin

I often get asked what my favorite wine is, and that question is hard to answer as I love a lot of different wines, but if I only had three to choose from at my last supper, they would be Champagne, Barolo and Pomerol.   This year as I approach my 53rd B-day I have decided to add a fourth favorite thing to my B-Day tasting and that is Vintage Madeira.  You know there will be a few 1969 vintage wines on the table this evening and this line-up is only the starting point!  You always get extra at a Wine Watch Tasting especially around my B-Day!!

For those of you that can’t make the tasting I have included a list of Champagne and Pomerol on this offering sorry I could not fit all the Barolo.

This tasting featuring some of my favorite wines along with a special five course menu prepared by chef Toni is $895+ tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.
