We are doing serious scientific work with wine here at the Wine Watch and when we have the opportunity to put a dozen top level wines on the table from a great vintage like 1997 from Italy, we are always game.  Especially when they are from the cellar of a collector like Dr. Robert Maliner.

Our good friend Dr. Robert Maliner is from the 1936 vintage and he still has several thousand bottles of wine in his cellar, so we are trying to help him get through most if not all of these before his time on this earth expires.  This is the most valuable service that we offer at Wine Watch.  If you have potentially more wine than you can drink, we will help you drink your best wines that are in their prime years of drinking.
