Founded in 1521, Spiegelau is one of the oldest and most famous European manufacturers of fine crystal, located in the small town of Spiegelau in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. Being one of the most picturesque parts of Germany, this area has in recent times become as much a center of tourism as well as a traditional center of glass making.
