The Wine Watch Private Club has only 80 memberships available and although you must be a member to get all the benefits of membership listed below, you can come by and enjoy the wine bar and soon the new wine club on a day pass as a non-member for $35 + tax per person. This just gets you admission to the club for that day, and you can enjoy as many bottles of wine as you like while here, order from the menu that changes weekly and enjoy the unique atmosphere that we have created for wine lovers. If you want to be one of the first 200 members of the world’s best wine fraternity you still have time! The initiation fee is $1000, and the monthly fee is $200/month +tax. The total cost of your first year is only $3400 + tax!
Wine Watch Club Membership benefits:
· Wine Watch Wine Club members will receive 10% off all wine tasting events as part of their membership benefits (DISCOUNT IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR YOU AND ONE GUEST) and they will have exclusive access to events that happen at club Wine Watch.
· Wine Watch Club members will receive 15% off all wines that are NOT already on SALE at 15% or more.
· Wine Watch Club members will receive offers for tastings and wines before everyone else on the mailing list giving them the first opportunity to take advantage of allocated items and exclusive tastings
· Wine Watch Club members will have access to the club whenever Wine Watch is open with the exception of Sundays unless we have a special event.
· Wine Watch Club members will be able to take advantage of our concierge service while traveling in wine country around the world to set up special VIP tastings and tours of top wineries.
· Wine Watch Club members will be invited to FREE Wine Tasting events every month at the new Wine Club.
· Wine Watch Club members will be the first to be offered Wine Watch’s concierge wine storage when space becomes available. We have never been able to advertise our storage service as we have limited space available but it will only be offered to Wine Club members in the future as it becomes available. Please let us know if you need this service when you sign up and you will be first on the list when we have space to take on new storage clients
The new space is almost ready, and we unveiled the club for our big bottle party on Friday night. We are now open to club members in the wine bar Monday – Saturday every week. We now have three unique venues to host our “Wine Drinking People”. You can host an intimate dinner in the wine cave for 6-16 people or have a seated dinner or party in the wine bar for up to 55 people or a cocktail party or reception in the new club for up to 100 people.
There are only 200 memberships available but we are still offering our unique space for private events, making Wine Watch is the most unique wine venue in the world of fine wine. We are trying to be as inclusive as possible with our “Wine Drinking People” so, you do not have to be a member to enjoy the 64-degree temperature, Toni’s cuisine and our world-famous collection of vintage wines. The price of admission for the day is basically a corkage fee for one bottle of wine in most establishments, so if you are not a member you can still come and enjoy the amenities at a fee of $35 per person.
Membership is non transferrable and is for one person only. We do offer spouse privilege with our membership so your spouse can come without you and bring a guest. You are allowed to bring one guest, but they must be accompanied by the primary member. Each additional guest for our wine club members is $25 per person.
Service is included in your membership and there is no need to add gratuity to anything that is purchased at the club. Most establishments expect you to add 20% on to your bill on top of charging you 2-3 times the price you will pay for a bottle of wine at Wine Watch.
We welcome you to bring a bottle from your cellar to the wine bar and there is never a corkage fee at Wine Watch. Unless you consider that you must give me a glass of any wine you bring in!
We will send out an e-mail every week on Sunday/Monday to let you know what the hours of operation will be that week and what the menu will be. You will also now get the e-mails regarding exclusive offerings and wine tasting before anyone else and wine club members will also be invited to FREE tastings at least twice a month.
The entire staff at the Wine Watch is looking forward to having you at the wine bar for a few glasses or bottles of wine. We will not offer wine by the glass but we do have a selection of half bottles for those drinking alone.
You still have time to sign up for the most exclusive wine club in the world of wines and with benefits that will pay for your membership if you are a good customer so what are you waiting for? There are only 80 memberships remaining to be part of the first 200 wine club members!
If you would like a wine locker there are only 5 remaining and there is an additional fee of $50/month. This fee is also paid in full for the year when you sign up for your membership. Each locker holds approximately 24 (750ml) bottles but will also accommodate magnum size bottles.

WINE WATCH PRIVATE CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Wine Watch Private Club Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2026 (“Effective Date”), by and between Wine Watch Private Club, LLC,
a Florida limited liability company, with a principal address at 835 NE 3rd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304 (“Club”) and the individual listed on the signature page hereto as the Member (“Member”). The Club and the Member may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
1. MEMBERSHIP. The Club is a private, members‑only organization formed for social, recreational, and related purposes. Membership is granted solely for the Member’s personal use and enjoyment of the Club’s facilities, services, and amenities, subject to this Agreement and the Club’s rules, policies, and bylaws, as amended from time to time (collectively, the “Club Rules”).
2. GRANT OF MEMBERSHIP. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Club grants the Member a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable membership. Membership does not confer any ownership, equity, or voting interest in the Club.
3. TERM. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for twelve (12) consecutive months, unless earlier terminated as provided herein (the “Term”).
4. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND DUES. The Member agrees to pay an initiation fee of $1000.00 for the first 200 members upon the execution of this Agreement, membership dues for the Term equal to $2,400,00, guest fees, and other charges (food, drink, and/or event charges imposed by the Club (collectively, “Fees”). ALL FEES ARE NON‑REFUNDABLE, including initiation fees, membership dues, and prepaid charges, regardless of use, non‑use, suspension, or termination of membership, except as expressly required by applicable Florida law.
5. CLUB RULES AND CONDUCT. The Member agrees to comply with all Club Rules, as amended by the Club in its sole discretion, from time to time. The Club may suspend or terminate membership for violations without refund.
6. GUESTS. Guests are permitted only in accordance with Club Rules. The Club may deny access to any guest at its sole discretion. Each guest must be accompanied by the Member unless the guest is the spouse of the Member. A Member may bring one (1) guest without charge on each visit to the Club; any additional guests will be billed at Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per guest per visit (Guest fees are subject to adjustments in the Club’s sole discretion). The Member is fully responsible for the conduct of the Member’s guests. Any act or omission by a guest shall be deemed an act or omission of the Member.
7. DAMAGE TO CLUB PROPERTY. The Member shall be fully liable for any damage to Club property caused by the Member or the Member’s guests, whether intentional or accidental. The Club may charge the Member for the full cost of repair or replacement, and such charges shall be due upon demand.
8. ALCOHOL SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER. The Member acknowledges that alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed on Club premises. The Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to intoxication, impairment, illness, injury, property damage, or death. The Member agrees that the Member is solely responsible for the conduct, actions, and condition of the Member and the Member’s guests, including decisions to consume alcohol, transportation arrangements, and compliance with all applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, including Section 768.125, Florida Statutes, the Member releases, waives, and discharges the Club, its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to: (a) the service or consumption of alcoholic beverages; (b) acts or omissions of the Member or the Member’s guests; and (c) injury or damage caused by intoxication.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Member acknowledges that use of the Club’s facilities involves inherent risks. The Member voluntarily assumes all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
10. TERMINATION. The Member may terminate this Agreement by written notice in accordance with Club Rules. The Club may suspend or terminate membership immediately for violations, failure to pay any amounts due the Club in a timely manner, or for any lawful reason. Regardless the reason for the termination by the Member or the Club no Fees shall be refunded.
11. NON‑TRANSFERABILITY. Membership is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or pledged without the Club’s prior written consent.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Club shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for indirect or consequential damages.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, together with Exhibit A and the Club Rules, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
15. SEVERABILITY. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
