2013 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Champagne
6 Ounce Pour $100
(99 Points) Created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II, Louis Roederer’s Cristal has since become a symbol of luxury all around the world. Produced only during the best years, it’s made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the grapes coming from 45 of the finest lieux-dits in the region. 2013 was a late bloomer, with flowering only taking place in July after a cool spring. The summer was ideal with long periods of dry and warm weather. One third of the wine is aged in oak and there’s no malolactic fermentation. Vincenzo Arnese: Packed with elegant yet powerful aromas of ripe orchard trees that merge with brioche and dry cookies. This is a harmonious and well-defined Champagne with integrated residual sugar and astonishing acidity. Divine! Pedro Ballesteros Torres MW: Lemon coloured with a pink hue. Like a blanc de noirs, with cherries and white fruit aromas. Balanced and suave. Goes from less to more, with an exceptionally long and complex finish. Amanda Barnes: Appealing notes on the nose of pastry dough and apple tart that are very open. On the palate there’s beautiful concentration with lingering savoury notes. Minerally and sophisticated. NV Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley
6 Ounce Pour $10
1982, Roederer Estate is nestled in Mendocino County’s fog-shrouded, Anderson Valley. As the California property of Champagne Louis Roederer, Roederer Estate builds upon a centuries-old tradition of fine winemaking. The premium grape growing region's proximity to the Pacific ocean gives rise to a gentle cycle of warm days and cool nights, allowing grapes to mature slowly on the vine and develop full varietal character. Among the very few California sparkling wine houses that only sources estate-grown fruit, Roederer Estate is also meticulous about all its farming decisions. The winemaking process begins with in-depth knowledge of the Estate soils to introduce open lyre trellis system or high density plantation, extends to the decision to farm vineyards organically and biodynamically, and finishes by painstakingly tracking grape maturity to achieve perfect balance at harvest.

2017 Palazzo Cuvee Blanc Napa White
6 Ounce Pour $17.25
Beautiful floral aromas of white peach, pear, and tropical fruit, along with hints of orange blossom laced throughout. Opulent and rich, with great texture and full-body, especially for a white wine. Balanced with bright, zesty acidity & stunning minerality rarely seen in domestic white wines. Delicious passion fruit and white peach flavors. Complex, yet refreshing and balanced.

2019 Palazzo Left Bank Red Cuvee Napa
6 Ounce Pour $12.50
(91 Points) The 2019 Left Bank Red Cuvée is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% each Cabernet Franc and Merlot, all aged 20 months in 60% new French oak. Gentle herb nuances bump up against cherries and raspberries on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is suave and supple, ending in a wash of soft, powdery tannins. Wine Advocate
The new space is almost ready, but the wine bar and wine cave are now open to club members Monday – Saturday every week. Once the wine club is open, we will have three unique venues to host our “Wine Drinking People”. You can host an intimate dinner in the wine cave for 6-16 people or have a seated dinner or party in the wine bar for up to 55 people or a cocktail party or reception in the new club for up to 100 people.
Membership is non transferrable and is for one person only. We do offer spouse privilege with our membership so your spouse can come without you and bring a guest. You are allowed to bring one guest, but they must be accompanied by the primary member. Each additional guest for our wine club members is $25 per person.
Service is included in your membership and there is no need to add gratuity to anything that is purchased at the club. Most establishments expect you to add 20% on to your bill on top of charging you 2-3 times the price you will pay for a bottle of wine at Wine Watch.
We welcome you to bring a bottle from your cellar to the wine bar and there is never a corkage fee at Wine Watch. Unless you consider that you must give me a glass of any wine you bring in!
We will send out an e-mail every week on Sunday/Monday to let you know what the hours of operation will be that week and what the menu will be. You will also now get the e-mails regarding exclusive offerings and wine tasting before anyone else and wine club members will also be invited to FREE tastings at least twice a month.
The entire staff at the Wine Watch is looking forward to having you at the wine bar for a few glasses or bottles of wine. We will not offer wine by the glass but we do have a selection of half bottles for those drinking alone.
If you would like a wine locker there are only 5 remaining and there is an additional fee of $50/month. This fee is also paid in full for the year when you sign up for your membership. Each locker holds approximately 24 (750ml) bottles but will also accommodate magnum size bottles.
