With everything going up in price lately, it is nice to see a great small producer that we can offer at an amazing price from Napa Valley. We have been following Scott Palazzo's work here since he got started in 2005 and his wine keep getting better and better.
With the last few vintages from Napa Valley in short supply you may want to stock up on some great wines like this left bank that will be even better in 3-5 years in your cellar.
Check out his white wine also as we have this wine going back to the 2010 vintage. Scott makes one of the most age worthy whites in Napa Valley that is almost 100% Semillon.

Scott was hugely honored to be asked by Chef Thomas Keller if he would produce an 'exclusive bottling' of PALAZZO Cabernet Franc for his famous restaurants the French Laundry in Napa Valley … Per Se in New York City … and Bouchon in Las Vegas. Of course Scott said "YES!"… and when the wine was received extremely well that first year, it became the impetus for Scott to move ahead and start producing his PALAZZO Cabernet Franc for the marketplace!

(97 Points) Another of the profound Cabernet Francs from Scott Palazzo, and to me, one of the two best he has made to date (the other being the 2007) is the 2013 Cabernet Franc. When I tasted it, it had only been in bottle about five weeks, but it was locked and loaded. Dense purple, with notes of forest floor, incense, violets, black cherries and black raspberries, some foresty notes are also present. The wine is full-bodied, opulent, with great acidity, vigor and delineation. This is a sensational example of Cabernet Franc and certainly one of the finest 100% Cabernet Franc cuvées money can buy from California. Drink it over the next 15-20 years. This vineyard is 70+ years old, some of the oldest Semillon in the valley less than 3% is planted to this varietal it used to be 30%, there is also Sauvignon Blanc in the blend and this wine has a very Bordeaux like quality to bouquet ripe melon and fig fruit with a nice amount of minerality here very intense aged in 2 year old barrels on the lees for 2 months very complex bouquet. A rich and multi layered wine with a rich and opulent texture a bit oily and thick with tongue tingly minerality with a long rich finish with only a touch of SB 99.99 one barrel thief.
