NV Wessman One Brut Rose Champagne

The winemaker here worked for LVMH on the Dom Perignon blending team and also at Cheval Blanc Pinot Noir from Ay all from Grand Cru rated vineyards Robert Wessman, the Chardonnay is from Cote de Blanc vinified in AY.  This wine was disgorged in 2017 and is from the 2015 vintage.  This a heavier style rose with a good amount of candied red berry fruit raspberry and wild strawberry fruit notes of cassis and fine silky bubbles very complex and layered with a long finish.  Finish 45+              Excellent +
